How do you define an ECO-friendly product?
Each diamond tool is made of synthetic diamond and a binder. This one is composed of metals such as copper, nickel and cobalt, which, if dispersed in the environment, can be breathed due to the fact that the tool, during the work phases, wears by releasing non-separable micro-particles into the work environment.
An ECO-friendly product is a cobalt, copper, nickel, molybdenum completely free tool and designed with the aim of improving the working environment, without however sacrificing its quality and durability.
In addition to the quality factor of the work environment, these wheels are already widely recognized by the major tile manufacturers in the world for their capacity to adapt to the needs of durability, quality and cutting/rectifying speed.
The ECO / DRY series guarantees the same working parameters as traditional DRY wheels with a further advantage for the ceramic industries that recover the powders from the rectifying and / or cutting line as these powders are entirely recyclable as they are free from metals such as cobalt and copper that create defects, therefore downgrades, to the tiles.
